Our Kids Program Teaches
More Than Kicks And Punches!
Gracie
Barra Orlando is proud of its Jiu-Jitsu program for kids. The kid's
class offers a fun, friendly and safe environment for children to
learn and experience Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students learn the self
defense techniques that will give them the self-confidence to intelligently
deal with bullying and peer pressure. Students also have fun while
exercising and socializing with other children.
Classes are offered at both our downtown Orlando
and Sandlake locations.
They are open to both girls and boys ages 5 and up.
